Steve has been a search consultant since 1980 and founded Sterling Field Associates, Inc. in 1983. Prior to this, Steve was a ‘Big 8' auditor and consultant specializing in the healthcare industry and later the CFO of a major multi-facility physician group practice. Steve specializes in healthcare consulting as well as healthcare providers in the specialties of Operations Management, Revenue Cycle, HIM, Coding, Finance,  Nursing, Supply Chain and Labor Productivity.

Annie Walmsley - Regional Manager and National Research Coordinator

Annie has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare recruiting business including 15 years experience with another national healthcare executive search firm prior to joining Sterling Field Associates,Inc. Annie specializes in researching and identifying the top level healthcare consulting and provider professionals in the country.
