accounting, and budgeting efforts of the organization. Oversight responsibility includes the IT department, fiscal services,
patient accounts, medical records, and other areas as appropriate. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
required, Master's degree preferred. CPA designation preferred. Salary to $285,000

to join the executive team. Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a hospital CFO, preferably in a smaller
hospital. In addition, he/she will need hands-on experience with financial management, reimbursement, and
billing / collections. Ideal candidate will have an executive presence and is comfortable dealing with executives
and physicians. He/she should be a good partner, working hand in hand with our CEO, to continue the growth and development
of 150 bed rural hospital. Salary to $160,000.

CFO to manage all accounting and regulatory
reporting functions of a healthcare development and investment firm Responsibilities include establishing and
maintaining all accounting policies and procedures, as well as hiring, training and evaluating staff. Position involves
cash management and overseeing the preparation of all financial statements, budgets and management reports. The CFO
will manage the preparation and review of all internal and external financial reports, and will work with both internal and
external auditors and other regulatory agencies. The successful candidate will be able to oversee information systems
and software, and work with upgrades and conversions as necessary. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred. Healthcare/Long
term care industry experience preferred. Salary open.

Controller is to assist the
hospital Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in safeguarding hospital assets and ensuring the financial statements, including the
books and records, are prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP. Like the CFO, the Controller is responsible
for ensuring compliance with company financial and accounting policies and procedures and also ensuring internal controls
are effective in both design and operation, including the routine monitoring of controls. The Controller is to ensure
the monthly close deadlines are timely met, account reconciliation and supporting documentation is maintained for all activities,
account analysis is performed, prepare various packages as requested (e.g., cost report, tax, etc.), and to assist in various
projects as requested. The Controller is to assist the CFO who is responsible for the identification and independent assessment
of financial risk, establishment and monitoring of mitigation plans, and for the communication of financial risk and opportunity
to the regional CFO and hospital CEO. The Controller is to assist the CFO in the monitoring of the financial performance
and the maintenance of reasonable and appropriate financial plans and forecasts. Salary to $130,000
